To express the gratitude towards the frontliners who are fighting to curb the spread of Covid-19, VitaHealth is giving out free gift as an appreciation token to all the frontliners from healthcare institution, security and defences authority and ambulance operators.

 

1.  Purchase any products at VitaHealth Lazada Flagship Store.

 

 

2.   Snap a photo of yourself with uniform and another photo of Lazada order details.

 

 

3. WhatsApp the photos, your name and address to +65 8798 2160.

 

 

 

4.  Free gift will be delivered to your doorstep within 2 weeks after Circuit Breaker period.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions shall apply to the “Frontline Heroes Redemption Program” organized by VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte Ltd (“VitaHealth”).
  2. By taking part in Frontline Heroes Redemption Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of VitaHealth in relation to and in connection with this redemption program.

Qualifying Period

  1. This Frontline Heroes Redemption Program is valid from 7th April 2020 until 1st June 2020 (both dates inclusive).
  2. VitaHealth reserves the right to change the Frontline Heroes Redemption Program period.

Eligibility

  1. This Frontline Heroes Redemption Program is open only to Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) who work under healthcare institution, police force, military, security & defence authority and ambulance operators. 

Frontline Heroes Redemption Program

  1. One person can redeem once. Multiple redemptions are not allowed for each participant.
  2. All receipts and entries must be completed in full by the closing date. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
  3. All submissions must be received before 23:59 hours on 2nd June 2020 (GMT +08:00).
  4. VitaHealth reserves the right to disqualify all submissions that do not meet the rules and regulations of the redemption program. These include submissions submitted with invalid or incorrect information.

Free Gift

  1. All participants must provide a photo of yourself in uniform upon submission of your order number image. 
  2. All free gifts will post to the address given and those with invalid addresses will be forfeited automatically.
  3. Free gift shall be sent out within 2 weeks after Circuit Breaker period.
  4. Free gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. VitaHealth reserve the right to substitute the free gift for its price equivalent where necessary.

Use of Personal Information

  1. By participating in the Frontline Heroes Redemption Program, the participants are deemed to have consented to:
  • Receive promotional, marketing and other publicity information from VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte Ltd from time to time.

 General

  1. The decisions of VitaHealth on all matters relating to or in connection with the Frontline Heroes Redemption Program are final, conclusive and binding. VitaHealth shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Frontline Heroes Redemption Program.
  2. Free gifts can be exchanged or returned within 2 weeks from the date of receival if there is a manufacturing defect.
  3. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Frontline Heroes Redemption Program, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  4. The Frontline Heroes Redemption Program and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Singapore and all participants are deemed to have agreed to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
