  1. How do I know my order has been accepted?

    As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an Order Acknowledgement e-mail confirming your order details. If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder just in case the e-mail got delivered there instead of to your inbox; or contact us at 6278 2778 for further assistance. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the next working day.

  2. What payment methods can I use?

    You can pay with MasterCard or Visa credit card. All transactions are encrypted and insured.

  3. How do I use a promotional code?

    A promotional code can only be used within its validity period, for online purchases at VitaHealth Online Shopping Mall. To apply, please enter your promotional code at checkout. The price reduction of your promotional code will be reflected on your order summary.

  4. What if my promotional code does not work?

    Your promotional code may be rejected if:

    • You have entered the promotional code incorrectly,
    • The promotional code has expired,
    • The promotional code is limited to a set quantity of purchases and the limit has already been met, or
    • The item ordered is not available for discounts as designated.

  5. What happens if one of the items I ordered is out of stock?

    If one of the items you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will process the remaining items first. The item will be sent to you once it is available.

  6. Can I change or cancel my order?

    You are unable to change or cancel an order online once you have received an Order Acknowledgement e-mail. In any case if you insist to cancel the order, there will be administrative fee applied and you shall receive partial refund after administrative fee deduction.   7. What are the delivery charges?

    • Flat rate $6 for delivery within Singapore.
    • Orders over $80 are freight free (order total excluding shipping).
  8. Can I send my order to a different address from my billing address?

    Yes, you have an option to enter a different delivery address during the checkout process.

  9. Do you deliver orders outside of Singapore?

    At present, VitaHealth Online Shopping Mall only accepts and delivers orders within Singapore.

  10. Can I change my delivery address?

    As soon as you have submitted your order, the delivery address is verified. If you would like to make any changes after checkout, please contact us at 6278 2778.

  11. When will I receive my order?

    Your order will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days from the order date. All delivery lead times are estimates only. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.

  12. What if my order does not reach as expected?

    Your order might take longer to process depending on the availability of the items ordered. We endeavor to inform you as soon as possible if the items you have ordered are not available. If your order does not reach you within 14 business days, please contact us at 6278 2778 for assistance.

  13. What are the available delivery options?

    You may choose to have your order delivered to a preferred address, or to collect your order from our office (link to contact us).

  14. Can I collect my order?

    Yes, you can opt to collect your order by selecting “Self Collection” at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. You can pick it up at any time of the day during our business hours (excluding weekends or public holidays). Please bring along a copy of your Order Acknowledgement e-mail.

  15. What if the item I receive is incorrect or defective?

    In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item, or your ordered item is missing, please contact us at 6278 2778 within 7 business days from the day you received your order. Kindly return the item in the original packaging along with the tax invoice and free gifts received with it (if any). We will arrange for a replacement after receiving your returned item.

  16. Is the information I disclose kept private?
