Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The lucky draw is open to customers who purchase VitaHealth products and submit their purchase receipt via VitaHealth Singapore WhatsApp Chatbot at +65 8364 8016.
- Only purchases made from the following participating outlets are eligible to this lucky draw:
- Changi General Hospital
- Grace Healthcare
- Guardian Health & Beauty
- Health Nature
- Mustafa Centre
- National Healthcare Group Pharmacy
- National University Hospital
- Ng Teng Fong General Hospital
- NUHS Pharmacy
- OG Department Store
- Thye Hin Hoe Medical Store
- Unity by FairPrice
- Watsons Personal Care
- Welcia
- Woods Pharmacy
- Yue Hwa Chinese Products
- A minimum spend of S$30 per receipt on VitaHealth products is required. Receipts reflecting a spend below S$30 on VitaHealth products will be disqualified.
- Participants must be residents of Singapore and must be at least 18 years old.
2. Campaign Period
- The campaign starts on 1 October 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025.
- All entries must be received by 31 December 2025 at 23:59 (local time). Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
3. Entry Requirements
- Participants must complete the lucky draw submission via VitaHealth Singapore WhatsApp Chatbot for valid entry.
- Participants will receive one (1) Lucky Draw entry for every S$30 spent on VitaHealth products in a single receipt (e.g. S$30 = 1 entry, S$60 = 2 entries, S$90 = 3 entries, and so on).
- Multiple entries using the same receipt beyond the eligible entitlement will be disqualified.
- Incomplete receipt uploaded will not be accepted.
4. Prize
- A total of 30 units of Gourmet Chef ThermoBlend Hot & Cold Blender (worth $169.90) will be given out in this campaign.
- The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- 10 winners will be selected each month.
- The winners will be notified via VitaHealth WhatsApp by the 10th of every following month.
- Winners will be selected by a random draw under the supervision of VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd..
- VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd. shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notifications due to spam, junk message, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
- If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- By participating in this campaign, participants agree to VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd. collecting, using, disclosing, and processing their personal data for the purposes of the campaign and marketing communications, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
- Participants have the right to access, correct, and withdraw their consent to the use of their personal data. Such requests should be made in writing to VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd. at enquiry@vitahealth.com.sg or 6278 2778.
7. General Conditions
- VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd.’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the campaign, as determined by VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd. in its sole discretion.
- VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
- By participating in the campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless VitaHealth Asia Pacific (S) Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such participant’s participation in the campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
